2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Social Services, acting in consultation with the Banking Commissioner, to waive any bank fee assessed to a Medicaid applicant for a review by the Department of Social Services of any asset transfers made by such applicant in the five years prior to his or her application for Medicaid.
