AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEATH PENALTY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 53a of the general statutes be amended to reinstate the death penalty.
Statement of Purpose:
To reinstate the death penalty.
