AN ACT CREATING A PILOT PROGRAM DRUG DOCKET IN NEW LONDON COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 51-181b of the general statutes be amended to require the Chief Court Administrator to establish a pilot program drug docket at the superior court having criminal jurisdiction in and for the geographical area of New London, utilizing existing federal funding that is available to New London County.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a pilot program drug docket in New London County.
