2424 AN ACT PROVIDING AN EXEMPTION FROM CIVIL LIABILITY FOR A PERSON TAKING A BLOOD SAMPLE IN A MATTER WHERE A DRIVER IS SUSPECTED OF OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS.

2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That sections 14-227a, 14-227b and 14-227c of the general statutes be amended to provide that no civil liability shall attach to any person authorized to take a blood sample as provided in said sections as a result of the act of taking such sample from a person required to submit to such sample.
