AN ACT CONCERNING THE POLITICAL COMPOSITION OF CERTAIN MUNICIPAL BODIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 9-167a of the general statutes be amended to exempt municipal bodies that are advisory in nature and do not have regulatory powers from political composition requirements.
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt municipal bodies that are advisory in nature and do not have regulatory powers from political composition requirements.
