AN ACT ELIMINATING THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET CAP.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate the municipal budget cap.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the municipal budget cap.
