AN ACT REPEALING THE MUNICIPAL LEGAL NOTICE NEWSPAPER PUBLISHING MANDATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to repeal the mandate that municipal legal notices be published in newspapers.
