| 28 | 28 | That the general statutes be amended to require any funds appropriated to the Department of Developmental Services that are remaining in any account of said department at the end of each such fiscal year shall not lapse in accordance with section 4-89 of the general statutes and shall continue to be available to the Department of Developmental Services to be expended only for the purposes for which such appropriations were made or for the purpose of providing services to persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities. | |
