28 | 28 | Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2017) The Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management shall conduct a study regarding the planning, development and financing of entertainment districts by municipalities. Not later than January 1, 2018, the secretary shall submit a report on the results of such study, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to planning and development. | |
