AN ACT FUNDING A PURCHASE FOR THE WATERBURY SENIOR CENTER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective October 1, 2017) The Department on Aging shall, within available appropriations and pursuant to section 17a-310 of the general statutes, provide a one-time grant-in-aid to the Waterbury Senior Center to purchase a vehicle equipped for persons with physical disabilities.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:

Statement of Purpose:
To provide the Waterbury Senior Center with funding to purchase a vehicle equipped for persons with physical disabilities.
