AN ACT PROVIDING FIREARMS TO THE STATE POLICE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sufficient funds be appropriated to the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018, to provide each member of the Division of State Police with a rifle.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide the state police with rifles.
