28 | 28 | That the general statutes be amended to regulate bottled water that is produced in the state by prohibiting the use of declining block rate in water pricing, establishing a moratorium on the shipping of such bottled water out of state during drought emergencies, requiring renewable diversion permits for such bottling operations and requiring the disclosure of any constraints on the supply of water caused by such bottling operations. | |
