2424 AN ACT CONCERNING THE REGISTERING OF ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES.

2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That the general statutes be amended to require each all-terrain vehicle to be registered through the state, except if such all-terrain vehicle is operated solely on the property of the operator, and that the registration fee for the all-terrain vehicle be thirty dollars annually. Further, the revenue from such registrations would be used by the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to maintain trails for all-terrain vehicles.
