AN ACT REQUIRING THE STATE TO ADHERE TO OBLIGATIONS TO BUY BACK OPEN SPACE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the state to honor obligations to buy back open space.
Statement of Purpose:
To help preserve open space in the state.
