2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That the general statutes be amended to permit municipalities to create, within available appropriations and in collaboration with their local law enforcement agencies and pharmacies, a program pursuant to which unused prescription medication may be collected from residents and disposed of in a safe manner.
