AN ACT CONCERNING MEDICAID INCOME ELIGIBILITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17b-261 of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Social Services to ensure that Medicaid income eligibility in Connecticut does not deviate from the national average for Medicaid income eligibility.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that Medicaid income eligibility in Connecticut reflects the national average for Medicaid income eligibility.
