AN ACT EXPANDING ACCESS TO THE CONNECTICUT HOME-CARE PROGRAM FOR THE ELDERLY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17b-342 of the general statutes be amended to expand access to the Connecticut home-care program for the elderly.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand access to home care for the elderly and avert the need for more costly institutionalization.
