28 | 28 | That a task force be established to study the efficacy of the state's tort system, particularly with respect to medical malpractice actions. The task force shall examine the adequacy of state laws and policies relating to the litigation of medical malpractice actions, including an examination of the costs of litigation, the efficiency of the state court system and whether the interests of justice are best served by assigning judges with medical malpractice liability experience to hear medical malpractice actions. | |
