2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That section 47a-16 of the general statutes be amended to provide that a landlord may enter the dwelling unit of a tenant during the pendency of an action to recover possession of the dwelling unit so that the landlord may make necessary repairs to the dwelling unit in preparation for a new tenant.
