AN ACT CONCERNING HARASSMENT OF A SERVICE ANIMAL OR USER OF A SERVICE ANIMAL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 53a be amended to make it a separate crime to harm or harass a service animal or an individual while using a service animal.
Statement of Purpose:
To create a new crime of harming or harassing a service animal or an individual while using a service animal.
