2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3030 That the general statutes be amended to allow veterinarians to (1) vary from vaccine dosage protocols when in the best interest and health of an animal, and (2) administer a rabies antibody titer to determine the need for a rabies booster vaccine.
