AN ACT CONCERNING THE COORDINATED DELIVERY OF MENTAL HEALTH CARE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 17a of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services to make recommendations concerning the coordinated delivery of mental health care and notification to parents regarding available services.
Statement of Purpose:
To coordinate the delivery of mental health services and to notify parents of available services for children and young adults.
