AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROVISION OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require nonprofit health and human services agencies or other private entities to take, on a case-by-case basis, responsibility for the provision of health and human services in the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide an efficient and cost-effective method for the delivery of care.
