30 | 30 | That title 27 of the general statutes be amended to provide that any gold star parent of a veteran who has lost his or her life, as identified in 10 USC 1126, may apply to the Commissioner of Veterans Affairs for an annual annuity payment of two thousand dollars and receive such payment upon approval by said commissioner. | |
