AN ACT EXCLUDING REIMBURSEMENTS FOR MILEAGE AND PAYMENTS FOR OVERTIME TO STATE EMPLOYEES AND LEGISLATORS FROM THE CALCULATION OF RETIREMENT INCOME.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exclude reimbursements for mileage and payments for overtime to state employees and legislators from the calculation of salary for purposes of determining retirement income.
Statement of Purpose:
To exclude overtime payments and mileage allowances from state pension calculations.
