AN ACT CONCERNING THE LABELING OF PRESCRIPTION DRUG CONTAINERS CONTAINING OPIATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a heroin rating on the label of each container containing a prescription opiate drug.
Statement of Purpose:
To inform patients regarding the potency and possible negative consequences of taking prescription opiate drugs.
