AN ACT ALLOWING FOR THE REGIONALIZATION OF CERTAIN HEALTH SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to permit municipalities to share health services in lieu of establishing their own municipal health authority under section 19a-200.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow for the regionalization of certain health services.
