AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF GRILLS IN CERTAIN RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM COMPLEXES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 29-291a of the general statutes be amended to require the State Fire Marshal to amend the State Fire Prevention Code so as to repeal those provisions of said Code that prevent the use of grills on the decks of certain condominium complexes.

Statement of Purpose: 

To revise the State Fire Prevention Code with respect to the use of grills in certain condominium complexes.
