3030 AN ACT PROHIBITING THE IMPOSITION OF NEW STATE EDUCATION MANDATES ON CERTAIN SCHOOL DISTRICTS.

3232 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3434 That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit any state education mandate passed on or after July 1, 2017, from being imposed on a local or regional board of education if the town of such board of education receives an equalization aid grant that is equal to or less than five per cent of its total budgeted appropriation for education for the year.
