AN ACT CONCERNING BOUNCE HOUSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require any person engaged in the business of renting inflatables for use in the state to register each inflatable with the Department of Consumer Protection prior to renting the inflatable and to maintain a log recording when and where the inflatable was rented.
Statement of Purpose:
To require any person engaged in the business of renting bounce houses to register such bounce houses with the Department of Consumer Protection and record the use of such bounce houses.
