AN ACT STREAMLINING FILINGS ACROSS STATE AGENCIES OF FAMILIES RECEIVING SERVICES FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 17a of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Developmental Services to streamline paperwork and eliminate redundancy of filings across state agencies with regard to families served by said department.
Statement of Purpose:
To streamline filings concerning families served by the Department of Developmental Services and eliminate redundancy.
