AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROVISION OF TELEHEALTH SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 19a-906 of the general statutes be amended to require a patient who seeks telehealth services to see a health care provider in person prior to receiving telehealth services for consultation regarding or treatment of the condition for which the patients seeks telehealth services.
Statement of Purpose:
To place certain requirements on telehealth services.
