AN ACT CONCERNING ONLINE DRIVER'S LICENSE AND MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION RENEWALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Motor Vehicles to allow a motor vehicle operator to renew his or her motor vehicle operator's license and motor vehicle registration on the department's Internet web site.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow motor vehicle operators to renew their license and motor vehicle registration online with the Department of Motor Vehicles.
