AN ACT CONCERNING VETERAN FUNERAL HONOR GUARD DETAILS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 27-76 of the general statutes be amended to provide that honor guard details at veteran funerals shall consist of not less than five members, two of which shall be riflemen or riflewomen, plus one bugler.
Statement of Purpose:
To require that veteran funeral honor guard details consist of at least five members and include a firing party of at least two such members.
