2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That the general statutes be amended to require the Office of Policy and Management to establish a program to measure the performance of each state agency with appropriations of five hundred thousand dollars or more, and to provide budgetary incentives to those agencies that meet or exceed expectations.
