AN ACT PROTECTING MUNICIPAL FUNDING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit any reduction in state aid, including, but not limited to, aid for education, to any municipality after November first of the fiscal year for which such funding was provided by the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect municipal funding.
