AN ACT CONCERNING UNFUNDED MANDATES ON MUNICIPALITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a two-thirds vote of both chambers of the General Assembly to enact any bill that results in an unfunded mandate on municipalities.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide mandate relief to municipalities.
