AN ACT CONCERNING PREPARATION OF THE STATE BUDGET ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that preparation of the state budget act by the General Assembly commence in the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to finance, revenue and bonding.
Statement of Purpose:
To require that preparation of the state budget begin with the Finance Committee.
