AN ACT REQUIRING THE REGULATION OF WATER POLLUTION CONTROL AUTHORITIES BY THE PUBLIC UTILITIES REGULATORY AUTHORITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require water pollution control authorities be regulated by the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for a professional and expert analysis of the functions and responsibilities of water pollution control authorities as is currently provided for other public utilities.
