AN ACT CONCERNING ELIMINATING OR RAISING THE VIRTUAL NET METERING CAP.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 16-244u of the general statutes be amended to eliminate or raise the virtual net metering cap.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage expansion of renewable energy projects.
