AN ACT AUTHORIZING LIFETIME HUNTING AND FISHING LICENSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2017) Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 490 of the general statutes, the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection may establish and issue lifetime hunting and fishing licenses, permits and stamps and combinations thereof.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
