AN ACT REQUIRING STATE PROCUREMENT OF LAND TO FOLLOW CERTAIN STATUTORY PROCEDURES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the state's procurement of land to follow certain safeguarding procedures.
Statement of Purpose:
To enact required safeguards prior to the state's purchase of land.
