AN ACT CONCERNING REGENERATIVE AGRICULTURE IN CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to include a definition of regenerative agriculture and authorize farmers to apply for state grants based upon the use of holistic agricultural practices that increase the health of the soil through carbon and water content.
Statement of Purpose:
To improve the health of Connecticut soils.
