AN ACT STUDYING THE FEASIBILITY OF PHASING OUT THE BOTTLE BILL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a study of the feasibility of phasing out the bottle bill.
Statement of Purpose:
To study the feasibility of phasing out the bottle bill.
