AN ACT REQUIRING THE LICENSING OF CATS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the licensing of cats in a similar fashion to the licensing of dogs.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the licensing of cats in the same manner as the licensing of dogs.
