AN ACT EXPANDING CONNECTICUT'S BOTTLE BILL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to expand the provisions of the bottle bill to include juices, teas, sports drinks and any other noncarbonated beverages.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase recycling rates.
