28 | 28 | That the general statutes be amended to require the registration of all-terrain vehicles that are not solely used on the property of the vehicle's owner and that such annual registration fee be thirty dollars. Additionally, such registration fee would be waived for veterans and the funds from such registration fee would be used by the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to create and maintain trails for all-terrain vehicles on state property. | |
