AN ACT PROHIBITING THE USE OF COAL TAR SEALANTS ON STATE HIGHWAYS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use of coal tar sealants on state highways.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect the environment and public health by limiting human and wildlife exposure to hazardous materials.
