AN ACT EXCLUDING COIN-OPERATED CAR WASHES FROM THE SALES TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-407 of the general statutes be amended to exclude coin-operated car washes from the sales tax.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the sales tax on coin-operated car washes.
