AN ACT REDUCING THE LUXURY TAX RATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 12-408 and 12-411 of the general statutes be amended to reduce the "luxury tax" to the prior rate of seven per cent.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the "luxury tax" to the prior rate of seven per cent.
